This one is in a slightly different place. You can see the fountain that lights up at night, some boats, and Popeye, the big boat.
On weekends (and perhaps weekdays, I don't know) you can see Popeye cruising around the river. I think there are about three of him, and you can go for a ride whenever one docks.
